Good location, near the airport and very easy to transport...
Good location, near the airport and very easy to transport by metro to the most important Dubai attactions. The staff of the hotel is so friendly and helpful. (I had requested in advance for an early check in and they did their best to give me a room) I appreciated so much that they facilitated a free transport to the airport to get my early morning flight . If I come back to Dubai I will stay here again!

Good value, close to airport if you are a large group and want to stay together.
Close proximity to airport and very spacious for a family of 6 adults.
Interior dated and tired although clean and comfortable beds. Suitable for a short stay of 1-2 nights.

Excellent staff, location and spacious rooms
The staff behaviour (Mr. Moustafa and Mr. Joseph) were excellent. Extremely professional and very welcoming. I even got a free upgrade to their apartment suite, which was very spacious.
No complimentary bottle of water was available in the room, which I found surprising.

All.it is more than 4star hotel.When i arrived There was a nice reception (Mrs.Marry) and i checked in within 5min.i asked her that i need a nice room as it is the first time i came to this hotel and she gave me a room in 8th floor with nice view. Thanks to her and also Mr.Joseph in reception. I was in room and I needed a water and when i called , they brought within a few min. Cleanness , location , hospitality ,... all was excellent.
